Dear friend,

I am pleased to notify that your paper has been accepted officially by the Organising Committee of the 9^th International Table Tennis Federation Science Congress.

The presentation format that your paper will be presented is attached.

We will provide what will be needed in the paper presenting showed as follows.

Podium presentations:

Each presenter has 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Alarm will be beeped on the 12^th minute of each presentation. Every presenter must pay attention to the time limit. Slide projectors, overhead projectors and data projectors for use with IBM or Macintosh laptop computers will be available. If you plan to use the data projector, you can bring your own laptop computer, but we would prefer if you could send by e-mail (pingpong@public.bta.net.cn) a file containing your presentation, so that all presentations can be transferred in one computer before the congress in order to save time. Speakers must arrive at the session half an hour before it begins to give their CD or disk to the projection operator if they didn't send their files in advance or to hook up their own laptop computer.

Poster presentations:

Posters will be displayed for a whole day in the room where coffee breaks and exhibitions will also be held. Posters will be arranged by session and they will be discussed. The size of poster boards is 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width). Fastening material suitable for light cardboard will be provided in the room.
